Mr. FUMIO Shibuya Chief Executive Officer
After graduated from Tokyo Dai-Ichi Commerce school with a professional accounting degree, he joined Mega enterprise of Sumitomo Corporation in Tokyo and dealt with many projects of Steel production in Japan and US. After the long service of 40 years to Sumitomo, in 1995 he joined Koyo group which is the big financial enterprise in Japan covering all sorts of financial activities such as securities and futures trading under the regulation of Japanese FSA.
During his career in this group, he achieved the task of IPO for this group company named KOBE securities Co.,Ltd ( Current name is Invast Securities Co.Ltd ) on the main board of JQS of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
After resignation from this enterprise, he established his own company, Always One in Tokyo and providing the professional accounting services for various listed company in Tokyo as the tax consultant as well.
Now he incorporated the Cambodian company obtaining the DB license from SECC in Phnom Penh and acting the role of CEO of Richwill Japan Co.,Ltd.
