Mr. Halim Saad, Senior Advisor
Halim Saad joined Richwill Japan as a senior Advisor of the Wealth Management Business. He has an extensive experience in Capital Markets, having worked for large multinational banks. He is the founder and Chairman of Vega Capital Management in the United Kingdom, a Private Equity firm specialized in Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Clean Technology, Retail Consumer and Real Estate. He is a General Partner of Jason Capital Partners, a UK FCA Fund Management firm specialized in Finance Leasing after investing over a decade in the Fund of Hedge Funds business. He is also a Managing Partner of Citation Capital Management, a UK FCA Corporate Finance Boutique. His career started in 1988 as Head of Quants, Research and Arbitrage at Drexel Burnham Lambert and in 1990 became Managing Director at Paine Webber in France. In 1997, He was appointed General Manager of the Private Client Division and B2B services of Refco Overseas Europe in London. He also held several CEO positions of International regulated firms from the Gulf Cooperation Council and Asia. Halim holds a Thesis in Quantum Mechanics from University of Paris VI and a Masters Degree in Finance from ESSEC business school, Paris.
