Khmer , Born in 1990 ,  obtained Master Degree ( MBA ) majored Management National University of Management in 2016 , Phnom Penh Cambodia , Bachelor’s Degree ( BBA ) majored in Business Management at Norton University in 2011 . He started working as Economic Analysis in Risk Management and Compliance Department Internship in human resource Department for 3 months at Microfinance Institution Amret . Worked at Ananchak Fertilizer as Sale representative and Marketing for 2 years . In 2014 worked at Interactive Future Company Co.,Ltd , as Forex Company as Business Manager . In 2016 worked at Royal Financial Corporation Co.,Ltd ( RFC ) as forex company . He has attended course on Derivative at Security Exchange Commission of Cambodia ( SECC ) . Mr . Soung Romanea has become as a member and was assigned as Business Manager of Richwill Japan Co.,Ltd in 2017
