Mr . NAOTO Arase, Managing Director
After the graduation from Nihon University majored in Speech communication at department of Humanities and Science , he had the extended course of Intercultural Communication at the UC , Berkeley in California in 1980 with BA degree .In 1982 , he worked at Hong Kong base Financial Company and was head hunted by London Investment Trust Plc in London as the manager for the Far East Division in 1984 .He was promoted and transferred to its Group Company , Bailey Shatkin Ltd as the associate director in charge of Bond , Equity and Financial Futures business for Far East region .During this period up 2001 , he builds up his carriers as a Financial Manager for famous Japanese institutions in Tokyo , Osaka and Nagoya .In 2002 , he entered to Danish base , SAXO Bank as the referral agent in Japan and developed the substantial market for margin FX business from Japanese Securities Companies in the period of Dawn of FX Industry in Japan .In 2007 , he was appointed as the Director of UK base Company , Universal Data UK LTD under the UK FSA for promoting FX business to Japanese retailed investors .After these appointment and assignment from his 35 years experiences , he started the study about the possibility of Cambodian Derivative Industry and being appointed as Managing Director of Richwill Japan Co.,Ltd in 2017
Mr. Halim Saad, Senior Advisor
Halim Saad joined Richwill Japan as a senior Advisor of the Wealth Management Business. He has an extensive experience having worked for large multinationals banks. He is the founder and Chairman of Vega Capital Management in the United Kingdom, a Private Equity and Venture Capital firm specialized in Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Clean Technology, Retail Consumer and Real Estate. He also is a General Partner of Jason Capital Partners, a UK FCA regulated asset management firm specialized in operational Leasing investments after a decade of successful Investment in the Hedge Fund. His career started in 1988 as Head of Quants and Arbitrage at Drexel Burnham Lambert and in 1990 became Managing Director at Paine Webber. In 1997, He was appointed General Manager of the Private Client Division and B2B services of Refco Overseas Europe in London. He also held several CEO position of Internal regulated firms from the GCC and Asia. Halim holds a thesis in Quantum Mechanics from University of Paris VI an a Masters degree in Finance from ESSEC business school, Paris.
Mr . LONG Lovy, Sales Director
Cambodian . Born July , 1980 . he has worked with Bank in Feb , 2001 . as customer Service , In 2004 promoted to chief of district cashier responsible cash management . In 2006 promoted to AVP & Manager of Branch Cashier ACLEDA Bank and Chairman of Branch ALCO , Member of BOMC . In 2011 he worked for Financial Consultant at ASKAP Gold Investment as Business Manager . 2013 he changed to Royal Financial Consultancy Co.Ltd ( Member of Royal Group ) as Senior Financial consultant Manager . In 2017 he joined with Richwill Japan as Sale Director .He went to study at Singapore with certificate in financial analysis . Mr . TITH Ravy, Deputy Director
After the graduation from Nation University of management with ( BBA ) Degree 2011 . He has join with the Financial industry specialist FX Trading . With 6 year’s experience as an Forex Trader , He has adept in Financial modeling , Team leader , strategic planing . Moreover while-on the-job experience has afforded a well-rounded skill set , including first-rate interpersonal and communication skills .
Now he is a deputy director of Richwill Japan Co.,Ltd
Mr . KANG Hayleng, Deputy Director
During his 8 year’s experience for various financial entities in phnom penh after graduation , He has been establishing the vast range of business relationship with Cambodian business society . He is now always acting the key person who always get the great respect from his junior staff and give them a good training and supervision based on our company slogan of ” Your vision is our vision ” which was created by him and every company staff are following his words for our valued customer . Now he is a deputy director or Richwill Japan supporting his senior director for every marketing aspect . Moreover , he has energy to engage in every company aspect to prove his slogan at every moments .

Mr . SOUNG Romanea, Business Manager
Khmer , Born in 1990 , obtained Master Degree ( MBA ) majored Management National University of Management in 2016 , Phnom Penh Cambodia , Bachelor’s Degree ( BBA ) majored in Business Management at Norton University in 2011 . He started working as Economic Analysis in Risk Management and Compliance Department Internship in human resource Department for 3 months at Microfinance Institution Amret . Worked at Ananchak Fertilizer as Sale representative and Marketing for 2 years . In 2014 worked at Interactive Future Company Co.,Ltd , as Forex Company as Business Manager . Khmer Born October in 1991, graduated from Chamroen University of Poly -Technology(CUP) in 2013 and obtained BA degree .He has started his successful career at Royal Financial Corporation( Royal Group) as a Financial Consultant. Mr. TUM Sothoeurn, Director Administration
Born in 1983, obtained a master’s degree of business administration majoring in Finance at Royal University of Law and Economic, Phnom Penh in 2009. He graduated with bachelor degree major on Finance and Banking at National Institute of Management in 2005. He started working for ACLEDA Bank Plc. since 2006 in various positions. He was promoted to Senior Securities Representative of ACLEDA Securities Plc. in January 2013. After he had 11 years experiences in Banking and Securities Firm, now he is a Director Administration of Richwill Japan Co., Ltd. in 2017.
Mr . Akira Takahashi, Director Administration
Mr. Akira Takahashi is Senior Japanese financial industry with 21 years’ experience in commodity futures trading companies that worked in 1993. He was selected as a marketing representative and carried out trading business at the Tokyo rubber exchange.Since 2002, he has worked as a foreign exchange dealer for about 10 years as a chief foreign exchange trader, and engaged in compliance work at a securities company for 3 years, including foreign exchange trading companies.He became a Director, Operation and Customer Service at Richwill Global to sharing his experience of the financial industry learned in Japan in Richwill Japan Co, Ltd.
